Fu Lai Pu Hotpot 福來舖 @ All Seasons Place, Penang.

Fu Lai Pu Hotpot brings its Taiwanese-style individual hotpot concept to Penang, where each diner gets their own bubbling pot. There are five soup bases to choose from, with Ma La being a popular pick. Set meals include free-flow drinks and complimentary dessert. The air-conditioned restaurant offers a comfortable dining experience with reasonable prices. Expect big crowd on weekends though.

Oneul Korean Restaurant @ All Seasons Place, Farlim, Penang.

Fans of Korean food will be excited to learn that there is a new Korean restaurant opened in All Seasons Place Penang- Oneul Korean Restaurant. The new addition can be found on the 1st floor (above Starbucks), previously occupied by Coffee Elements. The Korean menu features an array of familiar Korean dishes, both Noodles and Rice... as well as some popular Korean street food like Toppokki, Fried Chicken, Mandu etc. Dishes are reasonably priced and the place is manned by a super friendly Korean-speaking lady. If you do enjoy Korean food, do give this place a try.

Claypot Foodie 煲仔家庭煲仔饭 @ All Seasons Place, Air Hitam, Penang.

A new addition that joined All Seasons Place (Air Hitam) in January 2025- Claypot Foodie 煲仔家庭煲仔饭, specializes in Cantonese-style Claypot Rice. On top of the rice options, there are some noodle choices as well as some additional sides. Dishes are reasonably priced and the restaurant is air-conditioned. Pretty decent and worth a try if you are in the vicinity- go for their signature Claypot Rice series and you will not be disappointed.

Artisan Cuisine (艺厨私房菜) @ All Seasons Place, Air Itam, Penang.

The busiest commercial center in Air Itam- All Seasons Place welcomes a new Chinese restaurant earlier this year. It's hard to miss this place, the joint has huge signage on display and it attracts great attention for those who pass by the area. The Chinese restaurant does not only serve Cantonese dishes but instead, you will find a huge menu that roams China from Cantonese to Sze Chuan to Beijing... with some South East Asian flavors as well. The dining hall is spacious with huge tables; servers are well-trained to provide impeccable services. Small little things like greetings and opening the doors to greet your presence, regularly topping up the Chinese Tea etc do add some marks to the overall dining experience. Prices are on the higher side but the overall superior quality speaks for itself; definitely one of the better places for family occasions in the neighborhood. A point to note- the restaurant is wheelchair-friendly, there's a lift right outside the restaurant and the physically-challenged may enter through the side door.

Y Food Box Restaurant (谢谢李潮州粥饭) @ All Seasons Place, Farlim, Penang.

Y Food Box Restaurant, a brand hailed from Ipoh, has recently expanded its business operations up north to Penang. The branch at All Seasons Place is the brand's 4th outlet (5th outlet opening at Gurney Drive); though the English name does not right a bell but the mandarin name of this place gives a better picture. It offers Teo Chew dishes like braised meat, Teo Chew Porridge and some stir-fried dishes. Prices are of middle range but the air-conditioned restaurant has the comfortable setting and appropriate menu for any casual family dining occasions.

James Foo Western Food @ All Seasons Place, Air Itam, Penang.

Dining out in a proper restaurant might not necessary be too grueling to the wallet, at least for the case of James Foo Western Food. The long-established name is known to every Penangite for its great dining deals and its strength to serve localized Western food. While the place does not feel as "fancy" as compared to some of the newly established cafes in town, some of the dishes taste equally good, but at discounted rates. The Western-food focused menu has since expanded from the locals' favorites (of Chicken Chop, Fish N Chips) to a vast selection of International fusion dishes, at very competitive prices.

Chang Thai Restaurant @ All Seasons Place, Air Hitam, Penang.

Wang Thai at All Seasons Place has been serving up Thai food for the residents in the neighborhood for quite some time but recently, there's a stiff competition for Thai food, particularly within the commercial building of All Seasons Place. The new addition- Chang Thai Restaurant is the new venture behind Tomyummy Noodle House. It has plenty of Thai-influenced dishes to offer- from Kerabu to Fried Fritters, Tom Yum, Seafood and classic stir fry dishes. But prices are on the higher side and the food quality is merely passable-satisfactory.

Coffee Elements @ All Seasons Place, Air Itam, Penang.

I don't usually visit All Seasons Place as I don't find any shops or eateries are attractive at all, most of them being over-rated. Tuck away from the busy shops and eateries at Ground Floor of All Seasons Place, Coffee Elements might be obscure to some due to its location; Coffee Elements is situated on first (1st) floor of All Seasons Place, right upstairs to Paparich, simply take the lift right in front of Paparich and you will find Coffee Elements right in front of you. Coffee Elements is place ideally for your breakfast and brunch as it serves light food namely Bagels, English Bloomers and Salad, as well as some special bake of the day (cakes). In hopes of serving some really affordable food to cater Penangites, the lady owner priced their food reasonably with no service charge nor government tax. Well, at least I've found some noteworthy eatery to visit All Seasons Place right now.

Who's Bryan @ All Seasons Place, Farlim, Penang.

Mesmerized by the name of this restaurant- "Who's Bryan" when I drove passed the All Seasons Place, so who is Bryan anyway? I did some research before my visit and happened to know that Who's Bryan has an outlet in mainland, Raja Uda, Butterworth. I've learnt that they do opened at Upper Penang Road before but I am not sure whether they are still in business. I was there on the last day of the year 2012, the place was flooded with people and I had to wait for nearly half an hour (probably they were still new and inexperienced in handling such an overwhelming crowd). Who's Bryan mainly serves Western Food but I reckon improvements are needed for both their services and taste. From what we had that night, the three of us have agreed that all the dishes we had were extremely oily. More descriptions can be found below...
