The Edison is a hotel established in July 2016 and has been welcoming guests from all over the world... many are amazed by the beautifully restored and preserved colonial mansion. In the evenings, the in-house restaurant- Ostrea Oyster and Seafood Bar welcomes seafood lovers to a seafood-focused menu. The 6-course Tasting Menu (Rm 168 for one pax) is made up of fuss-free dishes, offering only some carefully-sourced seafood. On top of that, there are also some affordably priced share plates for those who want to go with a drink. It is also noteworthy that the place offers a good Champagne and Wine list.
