As the story progresses through different chapters of Penang's 200-year history, each of the seven courses is served at carefully timed moments, with every dish thoughtfully inspired by the narrative and incorporating Asian fusion flavours alongside familiar Penang influences. From delicate appetisers to hearty mains and dessert, the beautifully presented tasting portions are both visually appealing and satisfying—while each course is modest in size, the complete seven-course journey is surprisingly filling by the end, and not a single dish disappointed.
