天甲招牌菜 Atas Signature Dapur in Pulau Tikus offers a relatively extensive menu built around familiar Chinese chu char-style dishes, alongside stone pot noodles and a handful of local-inspired creations, making it an approachable option for casual family meals. Prices are generally reasonable, though portions tend to come smaller than expected, especially when dining in groups, and the layout feels slightly less accommodating for larger gatherings. Food quality overall is decent and fairly average—nothing particularly outstanding, but consistent enough for a straightforward, fuss-free meal.
None of the dishes disappoint but similarly, none of them left us with a deep impression. The Beijing Roasted Duck was alright- with the crispy skin served with thin Pancakes and condiments while the meat was being stir fried with Ginger and Onions. The Sizzling Hotpot Tofu was probably the crowd pleaser... expertly seasoned and silky smooth Tofu, perfectly spooned over rice. We were shocked to see the serving portion of the Stir Fried Lotus Roots and Vegetables. For Rm 38, we thought it did not provide the right value for that serving portion.
