Among the 3 soup bases available- we had the Ficus Root Soup Base, which was clean and easy on the palate with subtly nutty Coconut aroma. It has this fruity sweetness, presumably from the fresh Pear and Corns. The servers will assist with the cooking of the meat- as they have strict cooking hours to ensure the texture is at its best. The beef was alright- certainly met our expectations but we were pleasantly surprised by the Beef Tendon balls. The unbelievably bouncy texture was so addictive that we had to order a second helping. It is noteworthy that the soup base is included in the set. For dipping sauces- there is a sauce counter, and diners get to pick their preferred choices. There's also unlimited White Rice available (complimentary).
