Set against the understated backdrop of Mokozoyo Hotel Georgetown along Argyll Road, Beton Dining presents a modern French menu that draws from classic foundations while weaving in subtle contemporary touches. The cooking leans refined yet approachable, with flavours that are clean and composed rather than overly experimental. Seating is intentionally limited, giving the space a more intimate, almost private dining feel—though it does mean larger groups may find it less accommodating, so reservations are best made in advance. Prices trend slightly above the average, but remain aligned with the quality and overall experience. Open only in the evenings, it naturally suits a slower, more deliberate dinner setting rather than a quick, casual stop.

A good starter for bread lovers- the Bread and Butter consists of some beautifully toasted Baguette and Croissant, served over whipped Butter and Sea Salt... simple, straight-forward and classic. A popular starter- the Egg On Toast was a crowd pleaser. Runny Yolk served on a pillowy-soft Toast spread with Bechamel, jewelled with Caviar and Red Wine sauce. The flavor-combo was multi-dimensional and amalgamated well with each other. For Main, the Roasted Cauliflower stood out with its bold, and pleasantly grilled aroma. The Vinaigrette worked magically well here without introducing too much of acidity to the puree. Pasta-wise, the Prawn Aglio Olio struck a very deep impression... extremely Garlicky, succulent-fresh Prawns and al-dente Spaghetti, classically done right. On the meat- we had both grilled Duck Breast and roasted Chicken. We found the latter one scored better... it has got this addictively smoky hue and crispy skin. The Duck was a little rough on texture with a gamey flavor. None of the dishes disappoint though.
