Start the celebration with an auspicious toss of Yee Sang; guests can help themselves with the "make your own Yee Sang" featuring various condiments and delicate slices of fresh Salmon or to substitute with healthier options at the Salad Bar where dressings and condiments elevate freshness to perfection. Cheese lovers should not miss the Cheese Platter- featuring an array of special hand-picked Cheeses by Mr. Michael (General Manager of G Hotel and G Kelawai Penang), perfect if you opt for the extra Wine-add on. Another note-worthy highlight at the heart of the buffet is the carving station- featuring the roasted Chinese Duck, celebrated for its crispy skin and succulent meat. Guests can help themselves with the thin Crepe, Cucumbers and sauces to complete the Peking Duck experience.
Specially curated by Executive Chef- Chef Ketut Dodi is the Roasted Whole Lamb, expertly marinated and perfectly cooked. Guests can help themselves with extra condiments like the zesty Mint Chutney to the refreshing-tangy Tzatziki. In addition, the Barbecue Grill counter boasts an abundance of fresh seafood from Catch of the Day (Fish) to King Prawns, Lamb Chops, Duck Breast and Rosemary Chicken. Seafood lovers will have a spot at the Seafood On Ice- featuring Fine De Claire Oysters from France, Bamboo Clams, Tiger Prawns, Mussels, Scallops and Crab Claw. Not to mention the availability of fresh Salmon Sashimi and Octopus slices as well as the Japanese Sushi rolls.
