Located at Central @ Gurney, Yakiniku Sudaku is a Japanese-Korean restaurant with a strong focus on yakiniku, offering a wide selection of barbecued meats ranging from reasonably priced choices to premium cuts for a more indulgent experience. The menu also extends beyond the grill with a variety of Japanese and Korean favourites, making it suitable for different dining preferences. Prices are generally reasonable, while the attentive service adds to the overall experience. One drawback, however, is the less-than-ideal ventilation, so don't be surprised if you leave smelling like barbecue after your meal.

We did not do much barbecue meat but only the Harami, which was alright (I blame myself for overcooking the meat). We found the Cuttlefish and Chicken Thigh more savory than the Beef. There were 3 different types of condiments offered and all of them paired extremely well with the Seafood and Meat. For tummy-fillers, we had the signature and best sellers: Oxtail Ramen and Gyu Don. The former one was a tad too greasy to my liking. The Ramen Noodles were too soft to my liking as well. The Gyu Don on the other hand was lip smacking! The sauce was lovely and there was this Onsen Egg which elevated the dish by a notch.
