Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine 湘香湖南菜 at Sunway Carnival Mall is a reliable go-to for hearty Hunan dishes with bold, spicy notes. Service is attentive and efficient, though the restaurant can get quite packed during peak hours, especially on weekends. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable for a mall setting, and the complimentary snacks and soft-serve ice cream for diners are a thoughtful bonus. A comfortable place to enjoy Hunan flavours without too much fuss.

Xiang Xiang's signature dishes and best sellers are the Hunan Stir Fried Pork, Antler Mushroom Dual Pepper Chicken and Golden Broth Sour and Spicy Fish. Each dish is unique on its own but one thing for sure- they work super well with a bowl of piping hot Rice. My personal favorite goes to the 18-Second Beef Stir Fried with Special Chilies... imagine tender and well marinated Beef cooked with Coriander and Chilies. If you like the combo of these ingredients, you would probably like this dish as well.
