Edaramen is a new ramen specialist located within Moon Hotel along Jalan Perlis, with its entrance conveniently placed next to the hotel lobby. The menu is compact, offering only three types of ramen — each crafted with care and precision. The restaurant is pork-free and features limited seating, making it more suitable for small groups or solo diners. Though simple in concept, Edaramen is worth checking out for those seeking a focused, comforting ramen experience in town.
Shoyu Wagyu Ramen (Rm 38)
Asari Shio Ramen (Rm 28)
Side Order- Prawn Katsu
Side Order- Chicken Karaage
We were there during the opening period and there was a promo of complimentary 1 side and 1 drink. For Ramen, we had both the Wagyu Shoyu Ramen and Asari Shio Ramen. Both were delicious in its own ways. The former one carried a bold beefy aroma, presumably due to the fats from the Wagyu. The Shoyu flavor stood out and worked well with the silky-smooth Ramen. The Asari Shio Ramen offered a slightly different flavor-combo. The Clams carried good umami-flavors and I was expecting something citrusy for a more refreshing touch but the addition of Lime was futile. The broth itself was good and worth savoring. This place is definitely worth checking out if you yearn for some Japanese Ramen.
