Something unusual- Kanada-Ya's Spicy Yuzu Ramen marries the classic Japanese Ramen with a hint of Yuzu citrusy. It packs a refreshing aroma with a gentle chili kick. The combination of the signature Pork bone broth and corn-fed Chicken broth is absolutely lovely to taste... rich, creamy and definitely savory. The addition of the pickled Red Onion cuts through the creaminess and offers a refreshing dimension to the noodle dish. You will get a faint hint of Yuzu at first but as you continue to dig in, the Yuzu flavor fades away magically.
