Revel in the joy of the festivities with a lip-smacking smorgasbord of culinary delights at Amaya Food Gallery, a restaurant that blends contemporary design with lovely ambiance lightings that evokes a sense of cozy essence. Start with the saliva-stimulating Seafood Platters with various types of crustaceans on display- Fresh Oysters, Prawns, Scallops, Mussels, Crabs, Yabbies etc; proceed next to the Cold Cut Platter with various meats (even air dried ones) and ham. You can also assuage the guilt by introducing more fiber to the diet with the offering at the Salad Bar. For the aficionado, go for the freshly cut Sashimi, all items are freshly served by the Chef and you can tuck in all you can (Sashimi types available are Salmon, Tuna, Snapper and Octopus).
Be spoilt for choices when it comes to main dishes, we suggest you DO NOT skip the carvery station, the expertly cooked Roasted Lamb is to die for. While the usual grills (Salmon and Chicken) are available, we recommend going for something unique like the special Thai spread (like Green Curry) or Indian delights (Briyani and Curries). Check out the Pasta station for some decadent Pasta served with Gorgonzola sauce.
End the meal with a bang as the restaurant dishes out mouth-watering desserts. It's always fun and excited to have the seasonal Christmas offerings but make sure you try the Umm Ali, an Egyptian version of Bread Pudding. Cooked using puff pastry, the flavor is more intense as ever and the moist texture would leave you wanting for more. Serve it with a cup of freshly brewed Coffee and you will leave the place satisfied.

In conjunction of the joyous moments, Amari SPICE Penang also laucnhed the Amaru SPICE Penang's CSR and Community project for festivities "Wishing Tree" wth 30 children and caretakers from Seri Cahaya Welfare Home located in Batu Maung, Penang. All the children wrote their wishes on a special note to Santa Claus- the Hotel's Management and Staff will be granting the children's wishes this Christmas. Guests were also invited to join the ceremony as well as a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony at the hotel lobby.
