What the place offers is very direct and straight-forward... like what suggested by its name, the place is a Hokkien Prawn Mee specialist that specializes in churning out Penang-styled Hokkien Prawn Mee with thick, sweet Prawn broth. Gourmands can also opt to top up additional toppings like huge Prawns, Fish Balls, Pork Ribs etc; a decent place to fill up the tummy especially during midnight (the place opens until 4 am in the morning).

Dry Hokkien Mee is one of the unique ways of eating Hokkien Prawn Noodles, especially in the area of Bukit Mertajam. BM Prawn Mee Cafe offers that as well... apart from the classic soup version. It was merely Yellow Noodles with Vermicelli Noodles tossed in dark Soy sauce and served with a bowl of Prawn broth as side. The gist of it is to enjoy the Chili paste and a little bit of the Prawn broth... suitable for those who prefer bolder flavors. BM Prawn Mee Cafe's broth was rich and packed a powerful punch. The Prawn flavor was very bold and the seafood sweetness was easily discernible... definitely a bowl of good Penang-styled Hokkien Mee. Forget about the braised Chicken Feet though... overly salty.
