Discover an exquisite seafood buffet experience at Penang Marriott Hotel as the hotel rolls out its latest Seafood Buffet promotion- 'Sea, Salt, Fire Seafood Buffet Dinner'. Treat yourself to a lavish spread of oceanic delights meticulously crafted by the culinary team, the themed buffet dinner is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 3 May to 6 July 2024. Highlights include an array of Seafood dishes, including but not limited to house-smoked Salmon, fresh Shell-Out Wok delights etc. It is also noteworthy that guests whom pay at least one day before dine-in will enjoy 25% discount off the bill.

Guests are treated to a Seafood buffet spread starting from the Seafood On Ice, popular items are fresh Oysters, Flower Crabs, Prawns, Crayfish and Clams etc. Oysters are fresh and served with various types of dips and Vinaigrette. Another must-have would their House Smoked Salmon... delicately seasoned with fresh and silky meat, not so much on the smokey hue though. Another guest favorite would be the plump Prawns... amazingly sweet and huge in sizes. Good on its own but even better with a touch of Lemon juice. 

For those who prefer warm choices, the Seafood Tandoori is worth a look. The Fish Tandoori is interesting, and works well with various dips. Guests can also enjoy the Tandoori with the freshly baked Naan. Otherwise, make your way to the Live Cooking Station where you can customize your order on the type of Seafood and Soup (clear soup or Tom Yum) as well as the types of Noodles (if any). Meat lovers are not forsaken- Roasted Chicken, Duck are available as well as some Chinese-style dishes. 

The Buffet spread has limited items for desserts but it is worth mentioning that all desserts are made in house by the expert Chefs. On top of that, guests can also look forward to the Nyonya Ice Kacang and top it off with Ice Cream (available in various flavors). 

Guests can also enhance their dining experience with add-ons: choose from Agove Chalk Hill Shiraz Cabernet or Sauvignon Blanc for RM25 nett per glass. Alternatively, enjoy a glass of Tiger Beer for the same price. For Fresh Coconut or Coconut Shake, it would be RM15 nett or fresh Sugarcane Juice for the same price. The Fresh Coconut and Sugarcane Juice are unfortunately, no longer part of the buffet spread.
