Start with the Salad Bar- where diners get to experience the freshest Salad ever; there's a pair of scissors to harvest the greens and to make up your salad plate, with plenty of condiments and dressings available. Not only you get the health benefits of consuming greens, you also get the fun of assembling it on the plate! There's also various Kerabu available- the classic Mango Kerabu or with a meaty bite (beef) as well as Tempeh for those who prefer a healthier touch. Of course, not forgetting the Ulam with various Sambal dips as well. Seafood lovers are not forsaken- the Seafood On Ice corner is small but packed with choices like Razor Clams, Flower Crabs and Prawns.
The carnivores would go crazy at the main buffet line with different types of meat to choose from. There is this grilled Lamb, roasted Duck, Chicken and of course, Beef in various curries. Our personal favorite- the Malaysian Braised Short Ribs and Oxtail Curry. The Satay (Malaysian skewers) seems to be a popular hit amongst the diners as well.
The dessert selection is smaller than expected, with just a few types of cakes to choose from; for instance- the Bread Butter Pudding (without Vanila sauce), Baklava, Cendol Cheese Cake, Mango Pudding, Sago Pudding, traditional Malaysian Kuih-Muih etc. But be prepared to be spoilt for choices when it comes to drinks though- diners would be glad to know that they offer unlimited servings of fresh Sugar Cane juice and Coconut juice (like the entire Coconut, not just the juice). Of course, the Ramadan-mandatory like Ais Bandung is there.
Dessert Corner- Various Malaysian Kuih-Muih
Middle Eastern Desserts- Baklava and More
Fresh Sugar Cane Juice
Various Drinks- Taro Milk, Ais Bandung etc
Fresh Coconut
