Though the restaurant has a big noodle menu, there are many other Vietnamese dishes as well. Classics like Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Pancakes, Banh Mi, Com Ga are available too, along with some Vietnamese home-cooked dishes. The place is air-conditioned and manned by Vietnamese; the server speaks and understands Mandarin perfectly so placing order is hassle-free. Something light for a start, the Vietnamese Bread with Chicken did not disappoint, the Baguette was nicely toasted with crispy texture. The filling was alright but we would prefer more greens to be added for a better crunch. For mains, we had both Soup and Dry version of Beef Noodles. Both were very different and unique in their own ways. For the soup, like all Beef Pho- the broth had a clean flavor, easy-going and light on the palate. It was very similar to those we had in Ho Chi Minh city. The Dry version was something different, the Beef was stir fried with some sauces... just like some Chinese Stir Fried Beef. The Beef was well-seasoned with tender texture, together with some fresh Herbs like Basils, the combo worked. The item that we enjoyed the most was probably the Avocado Smoothie- perfectly creamy with bold Avocado flavor, not overly sweet with the right consistency.
