Feast on a fresh, big seafood spread at Jazz Hotel Penang's latest culinary offering- "Under The Sea Seafood Buffet". After its grand relaunching event last month, the hotel is set to invite guests to immerse themselves in a world of fresh seafood. Some of the highlights in the buffet spread include Seafood On The Ice (featuring Octopuses, Spanner Crabs, Razor Clams, Prawns, Flower Crabs, Scallops and various edible Sea Snails etc), Gado-Gado, Charcoal-grilled Chicken/Duck and Live Action Counter (noodles, stir fries etc). On top of the Seafood spread, guests are also treated to an array of sweet treats. For those who prefer to enjoy their dinner with a booze, simply top up RM60 for free flow of Beer and Wine.

Start with the Seafood On Ice with various of ready-to-eat Seafood, served with 3 different types of sauces- specially concocted Thai Chili sauce, Asam Pedas sauce and Barbecue sauce. Apart from the usual Prawns, Crabs and Scallops, guests can also expect to see various Sea Snails and Razor Clams on offer. For those who prefer their seafood to serve warm, head to the action counter. Simply choose your preferred Clams and the Chefs will prepare accordingly.
The Buffet line up also includes international offer like Roasted Beef, Char-grilled Chicken, Chili Crabs, Cream of Mushroom Soup etc. There's a dedicated corner for children where they share the joy of eating with adults on some special non-spicy dishes like Carbonara Linguine. On top of the hot dishes, expect to find some specialty of the day like Indonesian Salad- Gado-Gado on offer. Guests can mix and match the condiments to their liking and complete with the savory-sweet Peanut Sauce. For sweet treats, there is a spread of Cakes, Puddings, fresh Fruits available. We recommend trying their Bread Butter Pudding with Chocolate Chips served with creamy-sweet Vanilla Sauce. Albeit a little sweet for some, the flavor combo is lovely.
