The 9-dish Dulang Set has got many things covered- from Appetizer to Vegetables and Meat. The selection of dishes is not monotonous- where diners get to experience a journey of flavors from refreshingly sour to delicately spicy as well as savory; every dish goes well with the Briyani Rice.

While the Dulang Set is tummy-satisfying, do not miss the buffet line. Start with the Live Cooking Station where you will find plenty of familiar dishes like the Grilled Lamb Leg Briyani, Satay, Char Koay Teow as well as the Udang Galah Mee Curry/ Salmon Laksa. Do not leave the scene without having trying the desserts, apart from the usual range of Cakes and Pastries, the traditional sweet treats like Pengat Pisang, Bubur Cha Cha or Kuih-Muih are worth-trying. Durian lovers would be glad to know that the buffet line includes their homemade Musang King Ice Cream, best enjoyed with ABC (or known as Ice Kacang) or Cendol for a chilled, refreshing end.
