Starting from 27 March 2023, guests can enjoy the delicious buffet spread specially prepared by the culinary team of Amari SPICE Penang. For a start, the quintessential Kurma... there will be at least 3 types of Kurma available in the buffet spread. Do not miss the Ulam-Ulaman, served with various dips and condiments; equally tasty is the Kerabu. If you are a fan of the tangy, appetizing Malaysian salad, make sure you try their Chicken Feet Kerabu and Beef Kerabu. Otherwise, the classic Salad with Cold Cut Platter is also available. Special highlights for the Juadah Nostalgia Buffet Dinner also include the Kambing Bakar with a smoky, delightful hue as well as the Serunding, served with Pulut and Ketupat.
For mains, the Lamb Briyani is a must-have. The Rice is expertly cooked and packed with flavors, while the Lamb is tender and beautifully marinated. It goes well with the assorted curries and Rendang. And if that still does not satisfy your tummy, try the Shawarma- freshly shaved from the oven and you get to pick your favorite condiments to go with it. Also, your can enjoy the Pasembor with plenty of fresh crunchy greens (or even Tempeh) or Fruit Rojak to assuage the guilt (for having too much meat in the diet).
Desserts are not to be forsaken here, with plenty of traditional Kuih as well as timeless cakes and puddings. For something that is more relevant to the theme, the hotel also prepares Bubur Cha Cha as well as Pengat Pisang.
