Norm Micro Roastery @ Church Street Ghaut, Georgetown, Penang.

Looks like a curious warehouse from outside but inside, it's a lively space with minimalist interior decor with a little industrial vibe. Norm Micro Roastery is a new venture by Norm but this new space offers more food options... apart from its signature Tiramisu (available in both Norm and Norm Micro Roastery). The menu now features a list of brunch items, which are available all day long (even during evenings). The place is fully air-conditioned so there is no need to worry about the sultry hot weather, this place keeps you covered. Not a bad place for gathering over coffee and quick fix but it gets a little overly crowded in the afternoon, especially on weekends.

Citrus Passion Granola (Rm 17)

Brie and Berry (Rm 17)

Osmanthus Pear (Rm 15)

We wanted something like and so we had Citrus Passion Granola... a beautifully plated creation which has a bed of Yogurt topped with Granola, dried Coconut flakes, fresh Orange, Grapefruits and Passion fruit. The concoction was not overly sour and was well-balanced by the sweetness from the Granola. It was a refreshing yet, tummy-filling choice for the weight-watchers. Brie and Berry on the other hand, was not as exciting as the name sounded. It was basically Brie (cheese) drizzled with Honey and served over a toast (with Blueberries and Almonds). Quite a straight-forward dish but the overall texture was a little too dry to our liking.
