During the daytime, Pynk offers a healthy brunch menu with a variety of Smoothie Bowls as well as sweet Waffles but when night falls, the place is turned into a lively space that offers a small alcohol menu (with unbelievably affordable Sangria at Rm 18/ 500 ml). There are no proper dining tables at Pynk but only small drinking tables. The place is as straight-forward as it seems; walk in the place and you will be greeted by two friendly residential dogs wagging their tails to welcome your presence. A cozy, quiet little space for an after-meal dessert (more reasons to visit if you are a dog lover).
Acai Special Smoothie Bowl (Rm 20)
Caramelicious Waffles (Rm 23)
Since we were there after lunch, we opted for an Acai Special Smoothie Bowl and Caramelicious Waffles. The Acai Smoothie Bowl was basically a blend of fruits served with Granola, Coconut flakes, Blueberries, Strawberries and Banana. It was slightly on the sweeter side, probably the addition of Granola, we would instead, prefer some nuts like Almonds instead of Granola. Probably made from a Sandwich Toaster, the Caramelicious Waffles was two small pieces of crispy Waffles drizzled over Caramel and served with Peanut Butter, Chocolates, Banana and whipped Cream. The texture was a little bready but we love the addictive crispy texture, the slightly burnt edges gave it a pleasant aroma as well. The Waffles may seemed overly drowned in sauce but to our surprise, they were not as sweet as expected... even better with some whipped Cream. The only source of overdose sweetness was the Chocolate chips.
