Rutin 乐田 has got to be one of the busiest restaurants at Sentral Jaya, the restaurant lures in a great crowd ever since its opening earlier this year. Our visit few months ago was unsuccessful due to the long waiting line but recently, we have managed to squeeze ourselves in one of these afternoons. The restaurant has a modern restaurant setting, with huge tables and comfortable chairs while the menu offers a good mix of Western and Asian delights, making it perfect for family dining or casual eatouts. While the serving portion is relatively larger than some restaurants, the prices are on the steeper side...

The Fish Noodle Soup is a dish that almost not-missed by any tables. There are 2 choices- Spicy and Sour Fish Noodle Soup or the Superior Milky Soup. The former one possessed bolder herbaceous flavor, particularly from Lemongrass and the spiciness can be adjusted according to diners' preferences. The Superior Milky Soup on the other hand, offers a creamier texture... with a hint of Yam. Both were delicious yet unique in their own ways. Equally worth-trying was the Cream Mushroom Soup... a thick, creamy blend of Mushroom Soup drizzled with some Truffle Oil; served in a Bread Bowl. The earthiness of the Mushrooms was as bold as it gets and together with the crisp-toast Bread Bowl, it was substantial enough as a meal. Other dishes were decent and none of them disappoint; save for the slightly high prices, the place is worth-visiting.
