Run by the same team behind Let's Meat at Lembah Permai, Noble Experiment is a new venture down the road specializing in offering Tacos and various cocktails within a relaxing, cheeky setting. It's the type of bar that you would want to date a few good friends and have a long chat; it does not blast strong background music but just good enough to set the evening tune... sit back, relax and have a sip on the Cocktail on the couches would be the most relaxing thing to do on weekends. The food menu is quite Taco-focused while the drink menu features a list of Cocktail concoctions, imported Beers and Wine as well as some Mocktails.

We had our Nachos separated from the toppings... in the feat that the Nachos will turn soggy. The Salsa was delicious... a blend of refreshing and crunchy elements. I was actually quite pleased with the flavor combo, though some of my partners in crime could not agree to that. One of the best-sellers- Jungle Bird... a concoction of Plantation Dark Rum, Campari and Pineapple Juice. It has the tropical refreshing nature but the alcohol may be a little too strong to my liking... would prefer to be balanced with a hint of acidity. Also, there was a price inconsistency on the menu and actual receipt (happened for the Beer and Jungle Bird Cocktail); do check your bills before you make any payment. We were overcharged for some unknown reasons.
