Managed by Plaza Premium Lounge, The Green Market is a sustainable restaurant that supports local produces- all greens are sourced from Cameron Highlands. The Japanese and Korean restaurant boasts over a wide selection of Japanese and Korean delights, from the familiar Maki/ Sushi Rolls to Korean Bibimbap and Ramyeon, as well as some International dishes to satisfy all range of diners. Highlights include Chicken Bibimbap and Caterpillar Roll, the Chicken Bibimbap is a good blend of crunchy greens, Korean rice with a splash of Gochujang sauce. The Korean flavor is bold here, evidently from the spicy and sweet sauce that complements the toppings well. The Caterpillar Roll is seasonal, subject to the availability of Avocado; the inner part of the Maki Roll is crispy Tempura Shrimp while the upper topping is a refreshing layer of creamy Avocado, jeweled with a tinge of Ebiko and seasoned with squiggle of Mayonnaise.
