Burger Society @ Leith Street, Georgetown, Penang.

Burgers are something sprawled across millions of fast-food chains across the world and it's a type of food loved by Malaysians. If you are one of them (the burger lovers) would like to satiate your cravings, make your way to this new burger joint in town- Burger Society... taking over the corner slot previously occupied by Subway along Leith Street, Georgetown. The menu comprises of a list of unconventional burger treats with a little Asian influences. Unusual treat as compared to the classic ones but not as addictive as we would have expected.

Smokey Barbecue Pulled Chicken (Rm 16.90)

[Fish] Neptune Burger (Rm 16.90)

Smokey Barbecue Pulled Chicken was a little unusual... without the meat patty. The filling was shredded Chicken dressed in smokey sweet barbecue sauce. The combo was okay but it did not really hit us. Neptune Burger was merely Fried Fish Fillet doused with Tartar sauce; the combo was lovelier than the earlier option. Nothing spectacular about the Fish Fillet but the Tartar sauce was beautifully done with a gentle acidic touch. Good that they did not overkill the burgers with sauces or Cheeses though.

Coleslaw and Drinks (add-on Rm 5.90)
