Alfresco Dining offers a variety of alcoholic options, ranging from beers and wines to cocktails. A platter of Jamon Iberico is a perfect companion for any drinking occasion. For something lighter on the wallet and ideal for sharing, try the Avocado Guacamole Dip with Tortilla Chips — a satisfying snack to start with.
For a proper meal, begin with the Kimchi Bisque — one of Chef Petr’s specialties. Creatively prepared using kimchi and assorted vegetables (with no added MSG), the bisque is creamy and smooth, delivering a bold, flavorful punch with a spicy aftertaste. The Parmesan Ripped Potatoes make a great side dish or sharing plate — the potatoes are baked, "ripped," and then deep-fried to achieve a crispy exterior while staying fluffy inside, finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Moving on to the mains, we were truly impressed by the Linguine Thai Basil. Drawing from his time in Bangkok, Chef Petr channels the essence of Thai flavors and incorporates them beautifully into this pasta dish. Inspired by Pad Kra Pao (Thai stir-fried minced meat with holy basil), this creation is bold, aromatic, and incredibly well-executed — easily one of the best Thai-inspired pastas we’ve had!
Chef Petr, being half Hungarian, pays homage to his roots with the Hungarian Beef Goulash. The dish features tender, slow-cooked beef served atop a bed of creamy mashed potatoes — a comforting, classic dish that truly hits the spot.
