The new A5 Japanese Wagyu Pho features 3 different options- Wagyu Supreme Pho (Rm 39.90), Wagyu Special Pho (Rm 37.90) and Wagyu Duo Pho (Rm 34.90); the key difference will be the choice of toppings- whether the A5 Wagyu Beef alone, or a mix of Honeycomb Tribe and Beef Balls. The beefy broth is painstakingly cooked by simmering 2 types of beef bones and spices for more than 12 hours. The result is a clean tasting meat broth; enjoy it with the fresh Herbs for vibrant medley of flavors and textures. The classics remain popular, my personal favorites would be the addictively crispy Banh Mi with beautifully marinated Grilled Lemongrass Chicken... to go with a refreshingly creamy Ice Blended Avocado for the complete Vietnamese experience.
