Seafood lovers would be excited to learn that the buffet spread includes a big Seafood spread- starting from the crustacean selection of Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Snow Crab, Mussels, Slipper Lobsters, Yabbies and Scallops. On top of that, there is also Dill Salmon Gravlax and various smoked local fishes to start with. As for the cheese lovers, there is a good selection of cheese options in the buffet spread- from the usual soft cheese to various hard cheese as well as the condiments/toppings to go with them.
The quintessential Roasted goodies are there- from Chicken, Duck to Beef or Lamb. There is also a good mix of other elements- Chinese, Malay, Indian dishes in the buffet spread. The Stir Fried Tiger Prawns with Butter is a solid dish that can never go out of fashion.
