A new place for carnivores to explore and enjoy some premium cuts- Hutton 133 Butchery seeks to offer something unusual- a no menu restaurant that only offers fine produce over the display fridge... premium cuts sourced from different countries and priced according to weight. The products vary from steak, Pork (steak to be sous-vided), Seafood, sausages and cheeses. Right next to the order counter is a wine cellar that houses quite a big variety of premium Wines (options are limited for those on tighter budgets). Not exactly a cheap place to dine in but this is one of the few places that steak stalwarts will find good cuts in relaxed pub environment.

Orders will take up to 25 minutes to be ready and so we started our meal first with a complimentary bread basket. We were then served with Baked Camembert Cheese... with Honey and fruit Jam. It was between a choice of Brie and Camembert and we chose the latter. It was not exactly like the way we would have hoped but the results were fine. A decent choice to get started with. For main, we had a piece of Black Angus Ribeye and a couple of their homemade Sausages (with complimentary stir fried greens). The Ribeye was carefully cooked to the right doneness. It was not seasoned but sea salt and Dijon Mustard were given along with the serving of Ribeye. We enjoyed the Ribeye very much but would have enjoyed it more if the meat could be served in a thicker manner (for a meatier bite).
