Firstly, we would like to express our sincere apologies. We have brought up your complaint on the portioning of Shiretoko to our Head Chief to make sure all portioning is done right. Regarding the hot pots, we had identified the problem about one week ago and since, we have removed all the hot pots having the coating peel-off problem and replaced them with clay pots to avoid any coating peel-off problem.
