The highlight of this Set Menu is the decadent, luxurious Braised Baby Abalones with Fresh Scallops and Sea Moss. The dish sees a great serving of Baby Abalones, Fresh Scallops, Dried Oysters and Sea Moss, served over a bed of Broccoli and blanketed in a layer of lusciously rich gravy.
