The seaonal buffet makes a good platform for your cool-hunting for seafood; the Seafood On Ice is an answer for all seafood lovers. The Oysters remain as one of the most-welcomed items followed by Salmon Sashimi and the shellfish. While many are contented with the seafood option, those who favor Japanese Nigiri could line up their tummies with the array of Japanese pressed Rice.

Divert from the ocean to one of the must-haves during the festive season- Roasted Turkey. The Christmas classic is paired with a variety of stuffing and served with its signature Cranberry sauce. The poultry we had on that evening was of the right size, the meat was tender and worked perfectly well with the slightly-sweet Cranberry sauce. We had ours with sides like Brussel Sprouts, Roasted Baby Potatoes, Carrot Vichy and Giblet gravy with Mushrooms.

No Christmas meal is complete without some Christmas sweet treats but those prepared in Sarkies are not of utilitarian. The Butter Scoth Walnut Tart features caramelized Walnut with buttery pastry crust is a good choice to end the meal. Otherwise, the warm-dessert Christmas Pudding with Custard Sauce or Mince Pie would be equally satisfying as a tribute to Santa. Other sweet treats include Panettone, Green Tea Cotton Cheese Cake, Liquorise Cream Brulee on Chinese Spoon etc.
